When Julie Jacobs of Ironside and Associates spoke at our job club meeting last month, she was asked about gaps in resumes.  What do potential employers and recruiters think about gaps, especially given the current economy?  Her response was that it was more important to address what you did or accomplished during your time off.  Did you use your time well?
