Winning The Hiring Game – 3/24/2015 and 4/28/2015

Albert Einstein said, “You need to learn the rules of the game. Then you need to play it better than anyone else.”

Employers devised the hiring game and only they know the rules. The game is designed so they always win. If you are tired of losing the hiring game and want to start winning, attend Tom Nosal’s presentation – “Winning The Hiring Game” on March 24 and part 2 on April 28th.

“Winning the Hiring Game” will expose the rules of the game and show you how to devise a strategy to beat the odds and get employed faster.

During the March 24th session you will learn:
– What goes on behind the scenes of the hiring process
– How hiring mangers find their best candidates
– Proven strategies to getting in front of the hiring manager

During the April 28th session you will learn:
– How to construct a resume that a hiring manager will read
– Acing the interview process and answering the tough questions
– Overcoming objections
– Winning the game

Tom Nosal is a career and management coach and the President of Scaling Up, Inc. He has over twenty years of experience as a hiring manager and has been coaching job seekers and business owners for five years. Tom is the author of the book Scaling Up Your Job Search: Three Strategic Steps to Landing Your Ideal Job.
